How to Order
You may order online or phone us, we’ll be happy to take your order, answer questions, give alternative products for items not currently stocked and answer any queries you may have.
There is an Answer phone message facility for orders that can be left out of hours. For orders received online, we will email you with confirmation of the delivery day.
Within 7 to 14 working days, depending on where you live we deliver either weekly or fortnightly to most parts of England and Wales with the exception of Cornwall, Scotland and the North of England. We do not deliver to Scotland, North East, Cornwall and the far north of Lancs.
A courier facility may be available for customers wishing to order from these areas.
If you change your mind, you can return the goods for a full refund of the price of the item(s).
The cost of postage or delivery charge is not refundable. If you wish to return the goods to us you must advise us of your intention to do so within 24 hours of their receipt and return them to us intact and in the original packaging within seven working days of you receiving the goods.
Meat products must be kept frozen.
You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods and ensuring that they are returned securely packaged.
Please note that we reserve the right to charge a 10% handling charge for cancelled orders.
This amount, where charged, will be deducted from your refund.
